Prosecution postpones decision on Prachatai Director’s case

On June 26, the Office of the Attorney-General again postponed a decision on whether to prosecute Chiranuch Premchaiporn who has been charged for allowing comments offensive to the monarchy to be posted on the Prachatai webboard.

The prosecution has ordered the police to conduct further investigations and told Chiranuch to report again on July 29.

The prosecution has ordered the police to conduct further investigations and told Chiranuch to report again on July 29.

So once they have decided to persecute you they can do so indefinitely. Until they finally decide to proceed with your secret trial and to send you to prison?

I am looking for a copy of the book or even just the thesis of Miss Saipin, called การเมืองในอนุสาวรีย์ท้าวสุรนารี. It was published by Matichon, but I can't find a copy.
