Suriyasai: Bangkok terrorists connected to international terrorism and Thaksin involved in arms sales to Tamil Tigers
The New Politics Party has urged the government to declare Martial Law, arrest the leaders of the ‘terrorists and rebels’, and remove Deputy PM Suthep, the Defence Minister and the Army Chief from office. There should be no elections until the terrorists are suppressed. The terrorism in Bangkok is connected to international terrorism and Thaksin is connected to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, Suriyasai said.
On 13 April, the New Politics Party called on the government to declare Martial Law, to make clear the division of work between the civilian and military authorities. This was an issue of national security, and the military must follow Section 77 of the constitution to protect the kingdom.
The party urged the authorities to search the rally sites of the red shirts, and arrest leaders of the terrorists and rebels. If the red-shirt leaders want to continue the protests, they have to disarm and turn against terrorism. It also demanded that Abhisit remove Deputy PM Suthep Thaugsuban, Defence Minister Gen Pravit Wongsuwan and Army Chief Gen Anupong Paojinda, it claimed, ‘to correspond to the situation, in which the government should take the lead in the reform of the country.’
Suriyasai Katasila, the party’s Secretary General, said that he was sorry for what had happened, despite the fact that the New Politics Party had often given warnings to the authorities. As long as terrorism is not suppressed, there should be no elections, because a change in political power now will not be good for the country.
The party called for Martial Law, as it saw that violence was tending to escalate, with heavy weapons being smuggled into the protest sites, he said.
Suriyasai said that according to information revealed by opposition parties in Sri Lanka, Thaksin had been involved in the arms trade, supplying weapons for the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, with the profit used for elections. [It is not clear from what Suriyasai said whether this refers to past or future elections - Prachatai]
‘And with Thaksin’s more frequent travels to Russia, this is a signal which I think might suggest the connection between the emerging terrorism in Bangkok and international terrorism,’ he said.
He called on the red-shirt leaders to show their sincerity by disarming and opposing terrorism, and allowing the authorities to conduct searches at the sites.
On 18 April, the People’s Alliance for Democracy will hold a meeting for members from across the country at Rangsit University to assess the situation, plan for action, set the role of the movement, and campaign for the reform of Thailand. If problems still persist on that day, the PAD will have to discuss whether they have to come out, he said.

Oh for goodness sake, these
Oh for goodness sake, these maniacs are so desperate to maintain the status quo that no lie is grand enough, no scare tactic too outrageous.
Extremists everywhere are distinguished by two features in common:
1. They aren't very bright and respond to emotion rather than rationality,
2. They think they are smarter than anyone else and therefore everyone is bound to believe their grandiose lies.
These people seem particularly stupid though, even by extremist standards.
God this is so predictable it's just boring. If I were the big guy I would be asking if no friends might be better than these friends.
These people are just pumping
These people are just pumping themselves up for murder. Telling themselves stories about the "demonic terrorists".
I've been through this in the US. The far-right wing there has "Islamofascists", here the far-right wing have their "Thaksinoterrorists"
It's rabid and looks ridiculous from the outside, but its for internal consumption. It's the stuff in the bottle on which the street bullies suck, get drunk, then break out into violence.
Of course these guys will hire the actual thugs to do their dirty work for them, the military and other gangsters. And pass around the bottles of poison.
Remember the names Roj Ngamman, Tul Sitthisomwong, Suriyasai Katasila... fanners of the flames of hatred and inciters of violence. Terrified themselves, or on behalf of their bosses, of losing the power they've enjoyed for far too long, power out of all proportion to their numbers, they seek once again to maintain it through violence and the threat of violence.
But of course they know they are guilty, so they need a "story", and the "Thaksinoterrorists" are their story. That's who they're killing really, the dead people at their feet only look like ordinary Thais. It's in their DNA. Ask the witch-doctor Tul.
Just like the US killing "suspected Taleban insurgents" in Afghanistan. Insurgents are people standing up in the face of their oppressors in their own homeland. People standing up for their rights.
The oppressors need to put their wordsmiths back to work on that one. Doesn't square with their "story".
Don't get mad, or scared. Not so mad or scared that it clouds your vision. Get together, with friends. Talk about these people and mark their aims as disastrous for the nation and to be avoided at all costs.
Make sure that everyone you know is aware of who these people are and of what they're saying. Make known your own opposition to their "program" in no uncertain terms. Stand with your fellows against the continuing tyranny of the minority.
If silence obtains they'll swill this poison and then break out killing. Let them know you're on to them and that they're who you'll blame if the monstrous violence they're all advocating comes to pass.
Roj Ngamman, Tul Sitthisomwong, Suriyasai Katasila... what are the names of the editors of the Bangkok Post and The Nation? Surely they are charter members of this cabal.
We can also thank Akbar Khan,
We can also thank Akbar Khan, Pol. Lt. Col. Wattanasak and Ms. Laksana for their no small contribution to this pogrom.
What is taking place in Thailand now is totally repulsive, much more so because the lies and illusions have become the truths and the reality. Unity....?
Listen to this guy... I would
Listen to this guy... I would say think about when you are watching CNN. They selling a lies to live.
