It has long been asked about how alternative media like Prachatai can be sustainable without advertising revenue or any support from the private sector. 

Through the years, Prachatai has chosen to receive financial support from funding agencies, domestic and foreign, which advocate rights and freedoms.  With this, we have managed to survive, but sustainability is what we now have to pursue, as we are well aware that this support will not be there forever, or can be withdrawn if and when differences arise.

Readers are invited to help support Prachatai by subscribing for yearly membership at a fee of 2,000 baht or monthly membership at 200 baht.  

Members will receive a Prachatai t-shirt.  However, members will have no authority to change Prachatai policies, and will not have any other privileges. 

Prachatai will not reveal your personal information, or make any use of it other than for the purpose of renewal.
